This Privacy Policy explains what data UpRadar.ai (the "Service") collects when you use it, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The Service is operated by MAYA Tech Services LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA ("UpRadar", "we", "us"), which is the controller of your personal data. We collect only what we need to run the Service.

1. What we collect

• The domain you enter and any competitor domains you add, so we can run the audit.
• Your email address, when you choose to unlock a full report or create an account.
• Publicly available AI engine responses about your brand — this is the data the audit analyzes. We do not scrape your website or internal systems.
• Basic account and billing details if you subscribe (handled by our payment processor).

2. What we don't do

No tracking pixels, no advertising SDKs, no analytics injected onto your website. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train AI models.

3. How we use your data

• To run your audits and produce your reports.
• To send you the report you asked for and, if you subscribe, service-related emails.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

4. Cookies and analytics

On the international site we use privacy-friendly, cookieless product analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU) to understand how the site is used in aggregate. It does not set tracking cookies or identify you personally. We store a short-lived attribution record in your browser's session storage so a click can carry its source to the audit; it's cleared when you close the tab. Payment and login may use strictly necessary cookies.

5. AI engines and other third parties

To generate an audit, we query third-party AI engines with questions about your brand's category. We share only what's needed for the query. We also use a payment processor for billing and an email provider to deliver your reports. We don't share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Free-audit data associated only with an email is kept to deliver and improve your report. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see "Your rights").

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@upradar.ai and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit what we collect in the first place.

9. International transfers

We may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you and update the "Last updated" date above.
