Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UpRadar.ai (the "Service"), operated by MAYA Tech Services LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA ("UpRadar", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

UpRadar measures how AI engines — including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude — describe, cite, and recommend your brand, and gives you a prioritized list of what to improve. The Service analyzes publicly available AI engine responses about the domain and competitors you provide.

2. Free audit

You can run a free audit by entering your domain, with no account required. To unlock the full report, you provide an email address. Free audits are rate-limited (currently one per network per day) to keep the Service available to everyone.

3. Accounts

A paid subscription requires an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the prices shown at checkout.
• All plans are paid from day one — there is no free trial. The free audit is how you evaluate the Service before paying.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method for each renewal.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. 14-day money-back guarantee

If UpRadar isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. The guarantee applies to your first payment on a new subscription.

6. Cancellation and pause

You can cancel anytime from your account settings; your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. If you just need a break, you can pause your subscription instead and keep your history. Pauses are limited per year as described in your account.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. In particular, don't: attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it; use it to violate any law or third-party rights; resell or redistribute the Service or its output as your own product; or submit domains you don't have a legitimate reason to analyze.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, belongs to UpRadar. The audit reports we generate for you are yours to use for your own business. AI engine responses are the property of their respective providers; we surface them for analysis, not ownership.

9. Third-party AI engines

UpRadar relies on third-party AI engines that we don't control. Their availability, behavior, and output can change at any time. Scores and findings reflect what those engines returned at the time of analysis and are not guarantees of any outcome.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that acting on its recommendations will produce any specific result. AI visibility depends on factors outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpRadar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, please email us so we can try to resolve the matter directly; any dispute that can't be resolved that way will be subject to the courts located in Delaware.
